- We prepare a job profile and a brief presentation of the company.
- We develop an in-depth job description and areas of responsibility.
- We specify the minimum professional qualifications, necessary practical experience and personal qualities required for the position.
- We align expectations and set a timeframe for recruitment.
- We then commence Search & Selection.
