Interview & test

Ankjær Search & Select conducts a personal interview and test procedure where appropriate – and reports back to the candidate. If the candidate is considered suitable and wishes to pursue the process, we prepare a brief presentation on the basis of the interview and test. The company receives a résumé of the test together with the candidate description and CV.
