Work method

Ankjær Search & Select utilises the following method when recruiting:

  1. Introductory meeting with company seeking personnel. We are briefed on the company’s history and culture, and are provided with a detailed specification of the actual position – including professional competencies, human qualifications and expected salary level.
  2. We prepare a job profile and a brief presentation of the company.
  3. We develop an in-depth job description and areas of responsibility.
  4. We specify the minimum professional qualifications, necessary practical experience and personal qualities required for the position.
  5. We align expectations and set a timeframe for recruitment.
  6. We then commence Search & Selection.
